Are you ready toFIGHT BACK HARD?
Top4
It's time… it's time to turn your fears into courage. Learn the skills to protect you and your loved ones. Learn to FIGHT BACK HARD!

The Fight Back Hard (FBH) Program is broken into 3 simple stages to prepare you for common situations. Most Self-Defense courses have techniques that are too complicated to learn and apply; however, the FBH program combines attack/counter attack with common everyday movements. This program teaches in “easy-to-learn” stages that are designed for ages 16 and up.

The FBH program is broken into 3 building blocks. One, learn the basic physical techniques of protection. Two, learn to apply the physical techniques in real live situations called the Live Environment, live dummies (LE). Three, continue education at your leisure. FBH provides seminars annually covering topics such as empowering yourself, environment and awareness, etc. Plus, this class meets one time a month to review your drills, improve training in a Live Environment, and learn new technique like more effective advance techniques, different new drills, disarming weapons, and more.

Kaikudo Promise

InstructorSelf-defense is very serious that requires pin-point accuracy, timing, and confidence. With our daily busy activities, it’s difficult to find the time to learn to protect ourselves, needless to say, to maintain what we have learned.

Having been involved with Martial Arts for over 30 years, I feel that it’s imperative for you to take a little time for yourself and learn some self-defense techniques. I will capitalize your training and each technique to its maximum impact. Our student must be comfortable and confident executing attacks and counter attacks. That’s why we have 2 Levels of training (FBH 100’s and 200’s) and a continuing education program (FBH Level 300) to help you maintain and polish your new skills.

My PROMISE

If you feel uncomfortable with a certain technique, drill, and routine OR if I feel you lack quality of impact and execution with any of the techniques, drills, and routines during our one-on-one instructor’s review, then you are allowed one of two choices: (1) you can retake the same class at no charge or (2) you can have a personal one-on-one training for one hour. We do not offer money back guarantee.

Crime rate has increased as the economy has become harder. I hope to see you in class.

Head Instructor of Self-Defense
